Sathya is a Project Management Faculty and a Construction Project Management Consultant. Holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters degree in Town Planning and is a certified Project Management Professional.
Has 18 years of Construction Project Management experience. Worked for 9 years in the PMO of software giant Infosys Technologies Limited, Bangalore in the creation of large software campuses across locations. |
Previous experience includes a stint in the Engineering major Larsen & Toubro Limited. Fully involved in the total Project Life cycle of concurrent Projects in a fast track environment (Around 15 million sq.ft) and has developed Construction Project Management Methodology based on PMI framework Other interests include Computer Aided Design and Geographical Information Systems.
Justin Arul Xavier - a software quality evangelist
Justin has over 8 years of Software industry experience, having worked with the best known US Multinationals across the world including IBM, Motorola, Novell and DELL. He is an expert in the area of software quality assurance, having sound experience in implementing Quality assurance processes and systems pertaining to ISO 9000, CMM and CMMI level 5. He has worked with software projects spanning a broad area of industry verticals including Systems Software, Services, Wireless Communications and product development having helped various software teams across multiple locations to achieve and sustain CMMI level 5.
A winner of “Outstanding contribution award” in Motorola, in recognition of defining and implementing “Product Quality improvement programmer”, Justin was also behind the development of quality tools on Software Reliability Engineering, Statistical Estimation etc. He was also a six-sigma champion process champion. Justin holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Pondicherry Central University, and has a Certification in “Project Leadership, management and communication” from the George Washington University. He is also a certified “Impact!” trainer from Centre for Organization Development, Hyderabad in collaboration with the New Auckland College, New Zealand. Justin has a passion to teach, and has so far trained close to 175 software engineers in Software Estimation, Software Inspection skills and Software Requirements Engineering and CMM.

Involved in all areas of software development life cycle adhering to quality standards Have expertise in managing projects in the distributed technologies specific to Internet space. Efficiently managed multiple teams across different projects. Have handled development, migration, maintenance and enhancement projects. Exposure at Wipro Technologies was a mix of project management, strategic consulting and technical consultation.
Harry CD
Harry CD is a senior HR professional with more than 16 years of experience working for MNC and is currently engaged as Director HR for a Telecom Networking Company. Harry holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and dual masters degree in Social work and Human Resources Management. He is currently pursuing his PhD program from a premier institute of the country. As a philanthropist and deep thinker, he has contributed a lot to the HR community and society through his training programs and integration labs. |
